If you need to return a product, have lost your receipt and paid for your purchase by Credit or Debit Card, then a copy of your statement identifying the sale will qualify as proof of purchase.

Semichem do not operate an online ordering facility, our website is for browsing only.

We’re sorry, but we no longer accept cheques.

We guarantee our electrical products for 12 months. If you are unfortunate to purchase a faulty product, please return it together with your receipt to the store for a refund or replacement.

Goods returned with a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase will be exchanged or refunded. Fragrance will only be accepted if unopened with product seal intact. Cosmetics, earrings and underwear garments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All other goods returned within 28days without a valid receipt can be exchanged or gift voucher can be requested. Boxed items must be returned as sold.

This is in addition to your statutory rights in relation to goods that are not of satisfactory quality or fit for particular purpose specified. In these cases refunds repairs or replacements will be given where the items are returned with proof of purchase within a reasonable time.

No refunds or exchanges are possible with regard to purchases of Tobacco Products

Refunds made on a Debit or Credit Card may take up to 7 working days. Please note that Semichem have no control over this as it is handled by standard banking systems. Direct contact with your card provider may also enable you to check the status of your refund.
